The police in Croatia say a man who never passed his driving test has been caught driving without a license 996 times so far.

ZAGREB The police in Croatia say a man who never passed his driving test has been caught driving without a license 996 times so far. The 45-year-old was last brought before a court in the town of Djakovo, on minor charges. "The man's driving license, of course, could not be revoked - because it does not exist.
