    This is in big part due the weather conditions last year, with the heavy snows and severe cold that even froze up parts of the Danube - "Freezing Conditions Paralyze Danube River Shipping" [link] - which kept Serbia's exports low then. So last year's figures were more a sign of mother nature's wrath than a decline in the economy due to other factors. And I remember the bad figures reported on B92 Serbia's haters here crowing with delight. Leonard and the Albanians will be disappointed in this report.
