AMMAN Jordan's Foreign Minister Nasser Judeh has said that the world and the Middle East will not enjoy peace if Palestinian state is not established. At a meeting with Special Coordinator for the Middle East Peace Process Robert Serry, Judeh underlined that Palestinians and Israelis should resume peace talks, the state-run Petra news agency reported on Tuesday. “No peace without independent Palestinian state” He said the talks should lead to the creation of an independent Palestinian state and added that Jordan was interested in all final status issues, including Jerusalem, security, borders, water and refugees as they “are directly related to the vital Jordanian interests”. The Jordanian minister warned that the stalemate in the peace process could increase tension in the region.
