WikiLeaks' next target: Banks

WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange said in an interview that his wistleblowing website will early next year publish confidential data on a big U.S. bank. But Assange would not tell the Forbes magazine which bank was in question. The interview was conducted on November 11, before the current "cablegate" hit the headlines. "You could call it the ecosystem of corruption. But it’s also all the regular decision making that turns a blind eye to and supports unethical practices: the oversight that’s not done, the priorities of executives, how they think they’re fulfilling their own self-interest," said Assange. He also asserted that "WikiLeaks is designed to make capitalism more free and ethical".
