Defense Minister Dragan Sutanovac said that the Srebrenica resolution is a chance for Serbia to choose to accept responsibility for acts committed in its name. Sutanovac, who is also the Vice-President of the Democratic Party (DS), said that voting on the resolution will show who on the political scene “behaves and thinks like a responsible person, and who remains in a time that should be long behind us.” Defense Minister on Srebrenica resolution He said that this will be a key mment in which Serbia will see what parties are honest when they say that they want to adopt a European system of values. “I recognize the handwriting of those that will be against it, because that handwriting is recognizable since the 1990s,” he said. He also said that he opposes the opposition's calls for early parliamentary elections, stating that the country would benefit from entering a phase of political development in which the government will work for its entire mandate.
