1. Dear all,

Please note that lately we have rejected a number of messages not because of their content, but because of exceptionally poor spelling that rendered them almost illegible.

Also, messages containing profanities will no longer be edited. Instead, the entire comment will be deleted.

    Thank you,

  2. Adam,

completely wrong argumentation and that logic can be easily "destroyed".

    1) Zoran is wrong address to ask the question. Ask Milosevic (OK, you can't - ask his cronies).

    2) You lick the old wounds, we did hear it again and again and it's getting tired. Milosevic was responsible for at least as many Serbs all over ex-YU as for Albanians, this belongs to completely different chapter.

    3) A mere border stone with "Kuwait" written on it did not stop Saddam invading it. You assume, one day Serbia will have an other Milosevic and he will make your life tough. If so, a border stone with "Kosovo" written on it will not stop him.

Suggestion: instead of licking wounds try to work with Serbs on a union where such new "Milosevic" can't appear. Good example: USA. As evil as Bush is, his effect was much less than if he would rule a country with less "checks and balances".

Unfortunately you have no idea how to implement these "checks and balances", don't think Serbs are much better off either. Instead of going the longer, more painful but at the end more fruitful way - you try a "shortcut" because you feel, there is a Big Good Uncle ( = Sam) behind you. To bad, in history there is no shortcut and you will pay for that in some form later dearly.

  3. "Ataman, I agree with you usually yet in this case we cannot be sure that they did not commit terrorist acts.."

The classic Roman tradition asks for guilt to be proven, until that we assume they are innocent. No one who did see them firing a single shot came and testify in the court. Hence our assumption: three guys with big mouth and useless as fighting force. Ergo, the 14 day sentence from the judge. We can assume, in a local community everyone knows everything. It was even agreed, some Serb or Roma would wait for their release and drive them away.

  4. ''Serbia is simply interested in maintaining its territorial integrity and sorry to disappoint but we have no interest in ruling our southern citizens (of Albanian ethnicity). That's why we offered self-rule in our more than autonomy, less than independence proposal. OK, so you didn't accept it from Serbia but you have effectively accepted it from the US instead.

Same result different marketing. Give credit where credit is due please.''

Maybee now when you are put against the wall you maybe don'ät want to rule the albanians in Kosovo Zoran. But why did you want to rule them in the 80's and the 90's ? A time where all this problems come from. Where was more than autonomy and less tan independence when Milosevic took away our autonomy ? Or before the war,uck or nato when albanians were complaining on how they were treated ? You diden't even want o look at us, less than talk to us. Now after a bloody war where thousend of peoples died you want to talk about some autonomy ? Now when you have realized that you have lost the batteyou want to make peace and keep everything we died for ? You wrelly must think we albanians are stupid and uneducated.

By acceptig an independence from US is a securty that Kosovo people will never be ruled by Serbia again. It is a big difference because now Serbia cannot terroise our people again. For us albanias everything is more acceptable than to be under serbian rule.

  5. These terrorists can be classified as "harmless bozos with big mouth".

    - Ataman, I agree with you usually yet in this case we cannot be sure that they did not commit terrorist acts... no one can attest to what all their actions were prior to their arrest... unless I missed something. Either way, I agree with you that they did not deserve what they got, but to me it seems a risk inherent with joining a terrorist organization. If am wrong on this one let me know. Best, Ace

  6. Such are the risks of being a terrorist.
    (Ace, 27 June 2009 15:48)

    Ace,

Wait a second. It was already discussed. The local judge knew enough that they joined a terrorist organization. They did some stupid things here and there, helped (or hindered) some Serbs, Albanians, Roms randomly at their liking, had weapons, did not have visa and talked all kind of stupidity left and right.

These terrorists can be classified as "harmless bozos with big mouth".

Having weapons, joining KLA and having no visa is illegal - and they received a fair justice: 14 days in jail. I have no objection to that sentence.

As for the rest: what was done by local police is a heavy crime and as such 20 years / person looks like justified.

  7. In the future I hope they build a wall permanently seperating Serbs and Albanians, for good this time.
    (MikeC, 27 June 2009 13:42)

    MikeC,

Hope, you do not think it seriously. Such wall would be the shame and if you look at Belgrade where so many Albanians live - simply impossible.

I think, it would be the best if all of us would IGNORE the usual trollers, liars and whiners. Usually they induce the answers of this kind from us. Their goal is to damage the already troubled relationship even further.

    ---------

To the topic comment already was made few days earlier, nothing to add and I am sure the criminals will receive double digit sentence, probably 20 years.

  8. SHAME!!! Killing people only because they do not belong to your kind. It is interesting to know that these people still walk around Serbia free as birds just as this never happened.

-- Actually they were terrorists who came from the United States and stuck their noses into business that was not theirs. Had they minded their own business they would be alive today. Was it fair they were executed? No, but they contributed to their own demise by joining a terrorist organization. Such are the risks of being a terrorist.
    (Ace, 27 June 2009 15:48)
  9. Serbians are putting their own war criminals behind bars and we still get criticism from our Southern citizens? However they treat their war criminals and terrorists as heroes and put them in power.

Serbia is simply interested in maintaining its territorial integrity and sorry to disappoint but we have no interest in ruling our southern citizens (of Albanian ethnicity). That's why we offered self-rule in our more than autonomy, less than independence proposal. OK, so you didn't accept it from Serbia but you have effectively accepted it from the US instead.

Same result different marketing. Give credit where credit is due please.

  10. it's sad that you rely on such bias media as your link. It just shows your formation. but I do understand that you will have dificulty with your propaganda.
Albania was occupied hence the damege compo from both Italy and Germany, albanians were just another country invaded.
    (drink, 27 June 2009 15:24)
  11. Let's not forget why these "American" brothers were in Kosovo, it was to kill Serbs, nothing else. And please don't anyone give me the "Liberation" junk. BTW Patriot, Albanian war criminals are walking around free as birds too in Kosovo, a lot of them are in Pristina's quasi-government. You see, it's what side of the coin you view?
    (winston, 27 June 2009 15:19)
  12. SHAME!!! Killing people only because they do not belong to your kind. It is interesting to know that these people still walk around Serbia free as birds just as this never happened.

Wake up people, you know that we tend to fix our issues every 50 years. Lets learn from this...
    (AlbanskiPatriot, 27 June 2009 13:59)
  13. Adam

And Serbs will never forget this:

"From 1941 to 1944, ethnic Albanians serving the Italian and German occupation authorities killed some 10,000 Serbs; the worst of suffer were Serbs in Pec and Vitomirica where ethnic Albanian volunteers formations wrought terror: before executing their victims they gouged out their eyes, sliced off their ears and severed other parts of their bodies. Dozens of Orthodox churches were destroyed, set afire and looted, priests and monks were arrested and killed and many Orthodox cemeteries desecrated."
    [link]

Not much different from what is happening to Serbs in Kosovo today. Only looking at what others did to you but not what you have done to others. In the future I hope they build a wall permanently seperating Serbs and Albanians, for good this time.
    (MikeC, 27 June 2009 13:42)
  14. We eill never forget this murders that you commitd on albanians. This was everyday life for us being afraid from the law itself and the police. What kind of police got Serbia when they kil people like they were in the jungel.

This is enough evidence why Kosovo will never be rule by serbs or Serbia. This is just a small bit in the cake.

Where in the world does a policeofficer robb a citizen ? Yes in Ksovo under the 90's. This is a fact
