The prime minister, who appeared at the Bari Prosecution yesterday to be “questioned as part of an investigation into Mafia association with the aim of smuggling cigarettes,” put himself forward for questioned.
He was accompanied by his lawyer and interpreter, and was questioned by detectives from the Bari Prosecution.
Đukanović and ten other individuals from Montenegrin political and business circles are suspected of alleged Mafia association for the purposes of cigarette smuggling and money laundering.
The inquiry was completed last summer, and judicial institutions were to decide whether to press charges against Đukanović and the other suspects.
They include former Finance Minister and current President of the State Auditing Office Miroslav Ivanišević and former Head of the Montenegrin Trade Mission to Italy Dušanka Jeknić.
The judges in Bari have enough proves to send him in jail..there is a clear phone call registered where Milo speaks with an Italian mafia boss
But i think that politician in Italy don't want this to happen.. at the same time they like that the things just keep going on...
