Špirić resigned from his post as president of the Bosnian Council of Ministers after High Representative Miroslav Lajčak introduced measures to change the decision-making process within that institution on October 19.
Dodik announced that a meeting would take place between representatives of Bosnia’s six governing parties and High Representative Miroslav Lajčak today near Banja Luka, tthe subject of which would be police reforms and the Constitution, as well as the formation of a new Council of Ministers.
He repeated that he felt Špirić's resignation had been justified, warning that the SNSD would react similarly in future “in similar situations of unprincipled conduct in Bosnia-Hercegovina.“
