1. yeah well law is strange, you do not have to prove innocence, you just have to prove that there is a doubt to your guilt, because in order to be found guilty, you must be found without a reasonable doubt to have convicted the crime. therefore anything to incriminate prosecution will result in an acquittal. which is why many people win civil cases in which criminal prosecution lost considering in civil all you must prove is that the defendant contributed to the result.
