“Deputies no more than party messengers”
“It is obvious that party leaders unanimously agreed on the issue when the content of the new Constitution was under discussion, as they have an aversion to the free will of deputies. Consequently, deputies are turned into party messengers with the sole task of advocating for the position of their party leaders, and thinking and voting accordingly. They will be called off the post if they choose otherwise”, Vučetić concluded. He also mention that there was another constitutional provision, guaranteeing the independence of deputies, utterly at odds with the provision that annuls it.2 Komentari
