“I must admit that I would have been a lot happier if they had one out to vote for their government and income and property signed over to them by the Serbian constitution.”

“Unfortunately, that did not happen and I had to call on the Vojvodina citizens to boycott, and I am glad that they answered, not because I called, but because they did not want to accept the constitution in which Serbia does not recognize and does not implement higher law and the laws that Vojvodina citizens want for themselves.” Kostreš said.
