CESID on RIK
Center for Free Elections and Democracy (CESID) program director Marko Blagojević, however, says that although the media reported about RIK’s alleged decision, it has not as yet been made official.”The decision was not officially published, but there are indications this will be considered an irregularity, but not sufficient to call for a new round of voting”, Blagojević
CESID monitors will be present at 600 polling stations during the two-day constitutional referendum.
Blagojević said at a press conference in Belgrade’s Media Center that the results from the 600 polling stations, including 20 in Kosovo and seven located abroad, will give an indication to the final results that will be ”beyond any doubt”. CESID plans to announce its final estimate of the turnout and results in the evening of October 29.
CESID also announced that the total number of eligible voters in the territory of Kosovo now stands at 100,315 voters, 2,602 more that during the 2004 presidential elections.
