Most of those said country's their nationals work in low skilled manual jobs in the West. Meat, chicken, pork etc food processing.
So they work in very close proximity to each other in a assembly fashion.
The Covid-19 finds a very fertile growth pathogen fuids with all the animal carcasses handled by the workers.
Boom then rite on to the workers and then it spreads worker to worker also to their families, friends etc.

Now we have heard that Germany has the lowest rate of infection and I would believe that but for the fact that Romania and Bulgaria also experienced a similar spiked event and most of their returnees were from Germany.

I also watched a Croatian news program where a Croatian lady said she was very anxious to leave Germany and return home as the infection rate was very high there.
I don’t think Germany has any fears from outsiders bringing in the virus since they have more than enough of their own who are infected, but in this day and age most western nations tend to tell lies with a very few exceptions.
