“….food and construction materials became a pretty good commodity, so what can't be sold to Kosovo can be sold somewhere else”. To other audience he would cry a river because it looks useful.”

Well said and 100% fact, but your audience is convinced otherwise as they see Serbia hurting. They don’t live in the real world.

On the issue of Fiat Chrysler cars made in Kragujevac, Serbia, actually they are not made in Serbia just assembled. Design and manufacture of parts are all done outside of Serbia.

  2. Vucic has confirmed what we knew all along: The tariffs imposed on Serbia, by The Republic of Kosova, have severely damaged Serbia’s economy.
(The Count of Kosova, 7 March 2020 16:37)

This depends on the audience. To one audience he would say that the damage is not significant (and indeed: food and construction materials became a pretty good commodity, so what can't be sold to Kosovo can be sold somewhere else).

To other audience he would cry a river because it looks useful.

    Few more things.

    - Please impose 10000% tax on Serbian-made Coca Cola products. Please. We already have 100%, this is pathetic. Nothing under 10000% tax on Cola is justified.

    - Please impose 1000% tax on all Serbian-made Fiat Chrysler cars. These are really bad cars. I tried one in the States, the test drive ended before it even begun.
Instead, Kragujevac should consider the same, what other East European car factories considered. Do names like "Nissan", "Kia", "Toyota", "Suzuki" ring some bells?

  3. To count...
Any damage done by kosovo * unlawfully imposed taxes EU should meet.
Becsuse EU had an agreement with kosovo *" and they are in breach of.
EU CEFT-a forms all kind of contract with many countries but is unfit to enforce.
    Laughing stock this CEFT-a
Do let them fully compensate rep Serbia, alternatively kosovo * should be sued in int. Court of law by the BiH and rep Serbia 🇷🇸.

I'd be embarrassed if you were a Serb. That's like saying if Jamaica puts tariffs on US goods and that will damage the US economy LOL.

  6. Who threatened Kurti??? Since when a friendly advice from our best ally the protector of our indipendency and freedom has become a threat and pressure? Lets say it is true. Trump wants a win in diplomacy and us the poor albanians are his chosen victims. Sooo no more America the winner ahead and us behind her but the good german babushka ahead and us under her skirt? If Kurti feels threatened and pressured by Trump administration why didn't he wrote an article to american media but he chose Frankurten Algemajne Caitungen? To me it looks like this is not about principles of respect of small nations. This is just trading your country for those who have the best offer.

  7. To the fool Count of Kosova: When Vucic said he acknowledged "the damage to our country and our economy"...he was referring rightfully to Kosovo.

  10. Nice photo of our President.
It shows a clear measurement how much rep Serbia is prepared to give to Albos. This much. If you are lucky Albos.
Visa liberalisation would sort out everything.
    Good riddance.

  11. The Count,

Yes, the tariffs have hurt Serbia so deeply that GDP growth is between 3.5 and 4%. Vucic is doing what he always does...embellishes and makes mountains out of mole hills for one reason only...so he can take credit for any progress that Serbia makes despite these “insurmountable“ challenges. It’s called scoring political points and using your opponent’s actions to your advantage.

    Wake up, people.
