1. Its funny to read all comments from people who think they know something.
I told in the past and I tell again; Kosovo will NOT be a state.
Believe what you want. I couldnt care less because Im neither albanian or serb or from the balkans. My country has recognized Kosovo but is now hesitating due to the behaviour of the gangsters running the circus in Kosovo. I have said it so many times and the last half year it has become ever more obvious; Kosovo WILL be split in different cantons. Wait and see and do not weep here later.

  3. Mr Palmer on the merry go around.
We have been there before and re-visiting. The outcome same each time.
Let kosovaaaa denounce their "fake independence, illegal, unlawfull of 2008" for the start and tell them kosovo *is wall to wall rep Serbia and talks with begin.
You are the people that are not capable of stopping 100% taxes yet somehow see yourself fit to forcefully tore 31% of Serbian land and deliver to them. You do not care Mr Palmer because land that you are offering isn't yours.

  5. Rightly, or is it Wrongly.
How do you know what the west will do? Its been a very long time and Serbia has not buckled. Tell us exactly what the west will do. Will they attack Serbia? No, dont be daft. Sanctions? Think thats a no because billions have been invested by western companies. And of course they will not shoot themselves in the foot.
You see, Serbias recognition of its stolen land as a country can never be right or legal. And as far as I can see the taxes are the best thing to happen in years. No talks, no change and Kosovo is not a recognised nation by the UN and other bodies. In the meantime the citizens of Kosovo get poorer by the week, while the mafia (politicians) get wealthier.
As far as elections in the fake Kosovo go, I can promise you it will be the same mafia but perhaps just sitting on different chairs.
Dont believe me...?? Wait and see.

  6. Perhaps we are being to harsh on abomination, without properly considering what he is saying?

Agreement would be ""a positive thing for the region, Europe and the United States, respectively".

Serbia is not the only one with this problem. Too bad they didn't think of this earlier, but insisted that republics cannot be divided. But what about Bosnia, for example?
Sarajevo - Banja Luka dialogue that would end in agreement, and mutual recognition could lead region to the better days, or, at least, Bosnia would be able to (finally) form a government!
Maybe we should give those ideas a try?

  7. Serbia will be pushed against the wall by the West to recognize the Republic of Kosova once Kosova's new government is sworn in. The countdown has started, tick-tock...

    ===…==
How do you think that will happen? More bombings? Sanctions?
There is absolutely nothing the west can do to force Serbia to do anything. EU carrot? I don't think so. Seems that EU wants Serbian under their control by 2025 and it looks to me like they are in a hurry, not Serbia.
Just because this joker has brought in his Christmas wish list doesn't mean Serbia will accommodate.

My advice to you is better prepare yourself for what is to come your way. Everything is aligned very well with Kosova's new government, EU's new diplomats and heavy involvement of USA with appointing Palmer to most likely lead this dialogue. Things will be getting very intense as the West wants Serbia to sign the Republic of Kosova's recognition before the elections in Serbia this coming spring.

  9. Again someone who tell what he wish for.
I have understood that Kosovo as it is now, will never be a country, not a chance in universe.
The advice I can give Serbia is to hang in, dont get lured into submission. Take help with skilled advisors, keep intelligence floating, keep lobby for revokations and no interpol for your province. You are winning this !!

  14. The US will, before negotiations conclude, once again impose tariffs on Serbia until they come to their (Serbia’s) senses.

  15. Successive US envoys have had as their goal “continued dialogue” between Belgrade and Pristina except that the US advised Pristina to levy the tariffs on Serbian goods. Let’s be clear the tariffs were not the brain child of Thaci or Rastus, as if Rastus had a brain. Have those tariffs succeeded? Not one bit.
These tariffs were supposed to force the Serbs into a new position, but nothing has occurred since the Serbs now use these tariffs as a barrier to any further talks with the Albos. I am not sure who came up with the tariffs idea but one of the dumbest yet since they are as successful as US various war efforts.
Palmer should have read up on history before taking up this job but it seems like most Americans, he thinks he can succeed where others have failed, but his efforts are doomed to failure.

  16. US 'Help'? Just as they did in Bosnia (Zimmerman)? Batten down the hatches everyone, the Americans are riding to the rescue once again!

'Mutual agreement'? The same time of fake twisted made up doublespeak English that Brussels also uses when they speak of 'compromise' that actually means Serbia gives in completely and Pristina gets everything it wants. Too many cocks spoil the brothel, so this would be just one more cock in an already spoiled brothel! ;)

  17. He said, that US wants "...all sides to protect their interests. " to shortly continue "...he hoped Belgrade-Pristina dialogue would resume and that Kosovo would revoke the decision on import taxes on goods from Serbia and Bosnia as well as that Serbia would stop campaigning for the withdrawal of Kosovo's independence recognition. "

    How is that the same?
If he said that Serbia should stop campaigning for the withdrawal of Kosovo's independence recognition, and Kosovo should stop campaigning for Kosovo's recognition, he would make sense.
If he had it his way, Serbia would stop campaigning, and Kosovo wouldn't, right?
So how , exactly US wants "all sides to protect their interests" when one side is allowed, and the other one isn't?
The rest of his rambling make even less sense...

  18. Your goal is nothing Palmer, Kosovo is Serbia there is nothing to negotiate. Now back track and pay for the USA/NATO damage caused during the 72 days of bombing on behalf of Madeline Albright’s determination to bomb Serbia. As a thank you note to the good hearted Serbs that saved her and her family during World War II. She should have been turned her over to the Ustasha for some laughs and kicks in Jasenovac.
