The feeling between the EU and the criminal terrorists in Pristina is mutual. Yes, the EU doesn’t even want to grant the criminals visa-free travel. I do not see Kosovo to be obliged to respect any decision the EU brings with the regard to the 100%, after all the countries that do not recognize Kosovo have no right to trade with the unrecognized country, logic says. However, let us not forget also the EU approach to Kosovo, what did EU positively contributed for KOSOVO, nothing at all, so by all means if nothing the you will receive nothing. As for serbian side if they are worried the 200K serbs will starve, then Kosovo government has stated the humanitarian goods will not be taxed. Therefore, serbia can send humanitarian aid to serb population if they wish so, but only as humanitarian. If there is any indications that the serbian side is selling those goods, the tax of 100% should me applied adding a fine of another 100% for all those who will misuse the humanitarian concept.
