  2. Chichi,

    1. There is a Serbian minority, but they are numerically insignificant to decide the destiny of the rest of the population. You also have minorities in Serbia, do they get to decide whether you should be under Turkey or an independent state?

    2. Looking at the history of Serbia for the past 30 years or so, one can only say that Serbia is indeed a mental institution. Sorry, I'm just saying that objectively.

    3. Revoked recognitions ... haha, whatever happen to that one? I think Dacic forgot all about his little campaign. Wasn't Egypt going to be the next non-recognizer? Wasn't he going to bring the nr of recognitions to under 100 by the end of the year? He's only got two so far, that little piggy better get flying.
Get real - you know it yourself - Kosova's independence is here to stay, you can recognize today or you can recognize in a century, Kosova will be fine with just three recognitions: US, UK and Germany. The rest are gravy.

Oh, and you underestimate Illyrian grandfathers at your own peril. Bardhyli was kicking ass in battle at 90 years old, we're a virile race, and that's why we're still around. Never forget that.

Really? It's clear you have no idea what you are talking about. A referendum is allowed specifically in the constitution. Article 65. Maybe you didn't understand what the analysts were saying? The constitution does not allow for division of Kosova: In the first paragraph of the first article, and the second article. It does not allow for part or all of Kosova to join another state: In the third line of the first article. Kosova is a unitary state (so no Republika Srpska): the first paragraph of the first article.

Like I said, there is no agreement, so what we have are ideas, opinions, and yours is an opinion as well.
The clauses from Ahtisaari package, go above and beyond minority rights (what do minority rights have anything to do with the ability to block the creation of the army), and that deal also includes the inviolability of Kosova's borders. And mind you, talk about changing Kosova's borders came after John Bolton became POTUS' NSA. If the deal is not valid for one, is not valid for all. Ahtisaari's package is not a salad bar where Serbia gets to pick what they want and what to leave. You're deluded if you think that Albanians will stick to the rest of the Ahtisaari's package if borders are changed.

I'm sure you do, but in reality I have never heard of it happening in the EU. Look at Hungary, which is facing sanctions over the way it treats immigrants, Roma and Jews among other issues. If you ever want in the EU, you have to play by their rules and reducing minority rights will guarantee that you will be the last EU, just like you are with visa free travel. Kosovo had to agree with the Montenegro border agreement every Albanian in Kosovo hated before you got visa free travel. Be a realist and don't drown in stupidity.

This is a statement you made up and shows how out of touch with reality you are. "

What reality? There's no agreement on exchange of territories, just ideas of Vucic and Thaci, vague and short on detail - exactly because there is no agreement!

More likely than not, if there ever was an agreement, it would have to be put through a referendum to change the constitution as well, to remove the Ahtisaari clauses, since they would be replaced by the new agreement. So, yeah, veto rights, guaranteed seats in the Parliament, excessive rights for the Church, Serbian as official language, 3k people municipalities of Klokot and Partesh. etc, etc, they all would have to go.

There either will be the multi-ethnic solution (Ahtisaari), or a mono-ethnic solution (exchange of territories) and US, EU and Serbia as well would have to get on board with one or the other. If Serbia wants Ahtisaari, it would have to recognize Kosova as is; if they want exchange of territories, extra rights go out of the window as well.

This is a statement you made up and shows how out of touch with reality you are.

I also doubt a territory swap will occur. Only Thaci is talking about it and it would guarantee his downfall since all of the major politicians in Kosovo have come out against the land swap. Thaci doesn't have the authority, under your constitution, or the backbone to even agree to a land swap. I think even the Albanians would throw him out of office and into a prison cell, which would be for his own protection against every Albanian in Kosovo.
