"EU priority, Serb Community 1,670 days behind schedule"

Vucic also stressed that it was important to - before a new round of the Belgrade-Pristina negotiations - start implementing the part of the Brussels agreement on the establishment of the Community of Serb Municipalities (ZSO) in Kosovo and Metohija - and noted that "1,670 days have passed since the deadline for the implementation of the decision."

According to the statement, the two interlocutors "emphasized the importance that the strengthening of the justice system and the rule of law have in meeting European standards, as well as attracting new foreign investments in Serbia."

During the meeting, they also touched on Serbia's contribution to regional cooperation, reconciliation and stability, which was also assessed to be very important for the entire region's economic progress.
