1. Well, the answer is very simple.

The whole incidence is indeed quite simple and icj1, CB of B92, should realize that dysfunctional fenced-in ghettos don't have "procedures".

  2. Speaking of Serb govt officials being denied entry into Kosovo it's like this...

Over the weekend I was on my way to a nearby coffee shop for my usual cup of "joe" (joe is actually an American slang term for coffee)so anyhow I met up with my former neighbor where we briefly chatted and at some point he claimed that some locals he knows were on their way to America (the neighboring state of Maine & the city of Bangor) and when they were dealing with a U.S. border guard he or she asked these folks what they think of Donald Trump and one of these folks answered that he's an idiot and just for that the American border guard denied these folks entry and consequently they had to reenter my country.

What my point is is can that occur or is it unlikely that if someone wants to enter the Kosovo border or administrative line that ethnic Albanian guards will ask the foreign traveler(s) what he or she or they think of Hashim Thaci and if the traveler(s) bad mouths Mr Thaci would that mean Kosovar-Albanian guards will deny the traveler(s) entry onto Kosovar soil?

  3. Sarcevic is paying the price for Djuric's statements and "fight for Kosovo". I bet if he had gone there by himself he would have made it through. But no, he has to go with Djuric who insults and offends Albanians every chance he can.

  4. Just another dumb Serb provocations intended for domestic Serb propaganda and those idiots don't even realize that they constantly make fools of themselves. The world had enough of you, go and play your fascist games in a different universe, or realize that Kosovo is Kosovo, and no longer Serbia. It will never ever will be Serbian again. You omnipotent wet dreams are over.

  5. Sarcevic then asked "EU and Kosovo institutions representatives" whether they think that he should receive Kosovo's education minister when they come to Belgrade for a conference of Western Balkans ministers.

Well, the answer is very simple. If Kosovo's education minister does not follow the procedures that Serbia requires for somebody to enter Serbia, than Serbia should not allow Kosovo's education minister to enter Serbia. Kosovo's ministers, similarly to Serbia's, can't go to another country as they wish.
    (icj1, 4 September 2017 18:43)

I fully agree with you ICJ1, imagine what a question...to add more into your answer, there is about 20k albanians living in Belgrade, do they have schools in Albanian language? No, they dont now if the Kosovo minister of Education comes to Belgrade and wants to open a school supported with Kosovo Program, the same minister would have requested serbian police to arrest and not return.

    What a douche-bag,

  7. Its actually excellent that they stopped those two gentlemen Sarcevic and Djuric. You see, both UN and EU are watching and they are fed up with Albanians believe me.
Everything Albanians do are catastrophic and soon no one wants to have anything with them to do. Pathetic people.

  9. What is this not to understand? Did they ask Pristina's permission if they can attend meeting with Kosovo Serbs as a diplomatic. If Yes and Pristina permitted both to enter Kosovo I can not see a problem. It looks like they refuse entry for both and must be a reason. Kosovo and Serbia are two different countries.

  11. I am wondering what authorities prevented Djuric from entering Kosovo, according to him Kosovo has no authorities and those that are, are not recognised by Djuric and the others...
    What is this Serbian Propaganda.
