"Haradinaj was arrested by French authorities based on a Serbian warrant, which it issued independently. That has not been done at my request," he said.Schwendiman added that he did not wish to comment on current investigations, nor on who the potential suspects are that could be indicted - nor when the indictments might be raised.
"We're not there yet," he said, according to the daily.
Earlier this week, Germany's Deutsche Welle published a report citing speculation that France might extradite Haradinaj to The Hague-seated special court ("Kosovo Specialist Chambers") set up to prosecute KLA crimes, rather than to Serbia.
