Ok so can we once and for all stop with people on this forum say that 250,000 need to return to Kosovo!!! If there are 150K in Kosovo this means 100K left at least 50K army and Police which should never be allowed and sure they do not want. I do not see any more than 10K Serbs willing to return after 14years as many Albanins who took asylum around the world will not.

So Serbia is indirectly helping Kosovo to be recognized by an important UN-organisation. The system of Palestine is connected with the Israel-ssystem 972 and lets say from germany you must use the country-code from Israel 972 to call a nuber in Pallestine. I am sure that Serbia has not insist on the connection of the telefone systems, this would mean for the people in Kosovska Mitrovica a call to Nis is in the future a call to another country with much more higher costs. All these details are hidden to the normal Serbs by Dacic. It will be a huge surprise what is on the table. And we know the regret from dacic like in the past: we have to accept what we have signed etc etc.

In the future it won't be that "Serbia" had to make concessions, but that somebody named Dacic treacherously surrendered part of historic Serbia to Kosovo while the rest of the government stood helplessly by. After all, Parliament had passed a resolution based on a Platform that clearly stated what they wanted. That should have guaranteed they would get it, right? Vucic was clearly told when he visited Berlin and Brussels what the outcome of these negotiations would be, and decided that he was going to stay as far away from them as possible, as would any sensible politician with an eye on his future.

True enough. But in the political battles that follow, this will be conveniently forgotten by those of other parties looking to cast the blame on one person or one party. That's why The Internationals want Vucic involved more clearly in the negotiations, so there will be no charges of Serbia having been stabbed in the back in the future, leading to efforts to renegotiate or simply ignore whatever agreements are reached. Let's get a resolution on what the N. KiM Serbs will have power of. In any case, it will not be enough, and the Albanians will get their dream realized of an ethnically pure Albanian Kosovo, as most Serbs will certainly flee, rather than be under Albanian rule. I am not sure if this is what America envisioned, but when have any of their visions come true? Take a look at Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan, and you have your answer. In any case, it will be interesting to see what the Kosovo economy and quality of life will there will be in 10 years. I have a feeling, not much will change. Hope I'm wrong.

Vucic knew exactly what he got with Dacic only to bring Nikolic to the positon as president. Why they have not offered Dacic this position? Possibly Dacic would act like now as the real boss. Vucic knows that Dacic is in the case of the case ready to go back to his old friends from DS. And since we know that former US-ambassadors to Belgrade were making the election campaign we know what we can expect-not a lot.

Albania has 355 and only the UN-organisation ITU can provide new country-codes, and this only to states. These are the real important question for million pople who will see at their monthly phone-bill what such "little things" are maeaning in the reality. Such little things are the most important.

Vucic already gets involved in more things then he should. A defense minister has noting to do with these negotiations. Prime minister and the President are the ones with most power, and they should take the responsability as well.

You're somewhat right. Have to correct myself. Prime minister is the one with most formal power, and according to the constitution President doesn't have much power but has most legitimacy since he is chosen directly, meaning that the has ti win more then 50% of the votes.
