Russia has stated on more than one occasion that it wants Serbia to join the EU (read: Russia does not have the money to help Serbia and if it did have the cash, it would not give it to Serbia.) However, you can dream, but in the end Serbia has to solve its own problems and the only way is to join the EU.
We are where we are now when it comes to people living in specific areas. We can argue all day whose fault was....Let the history judge. The issue is what realistically can be done to move towards reconciliation.....The Serbian platform doesnt help.....Fighting for "Kosovo is Serbia" slogans....doesnt help....

I don't think that Kosovo has to give in at all in her most vital interests. Freedom has not been declared so that you can demand it to be renounced. It won't happen and that is why PM Thaci or any other Kosovo official will fulfill your wishes.

Serbia will be made to recognize formally Kosovo independence first and then serious talks can start. Until them the answer will be. Serbia is NOT READY, "we appreciate the efforts made by Serbia".

Ida, to compare Serbia to Switzerland is the biggest misconception you can make. In economic strength Switzerland is light years ahead of Serbia. The two are absolutely not comparable. Why? Just look up some statistics and you will see it right away...and you will not be happy.
Serbia should halt these meetings and halt implementation, as there has been nothing good for the Serbs and the Kosovo Serbs have been treated worse and are in more danger since the meetings started.
Serbia should look at Switzerland and how it doesn't need to be in the EU to do perfectly fine, while certain other countries in the EU are having big problems lately.

Switzerland was not a member of UN till it joined in 2002, and did just fine without that ; your so called; "Sacred membership that Kosova needs to be". So much for your contradictions, day in, day out.
What happened to all the Albanians saying that Kosovo is independent?
If it were, then you would be controlling the North and you're not.

For some reason every time I try to think something elles and the phrase of Dacic comes in my mind when he said; We will try to save what can be saved in Kosovo. Now, you do the maths. He knows what can be saved and whats lost. I heard the same Dacic on 1999 when he said that Serbia has given enough and can not offer anymore, he's gone quite a long way though since.
We are where we are now when it comes to people living in specific areas. We can argue all day whose fault was....Let the history judge. The issue is what realistically can be done to move towards reconciliation.....The Serbian platform doesnt help.....Fighting for "Kosovo is Serbia" slogans....doesnt help....

I don't think that Kosovo has to give in at all in her most vital interests. Freedom has not been declared so that you can demand it to be renounced. It won't happen and that is why PM Thaci or any other Kosovo official will fulfill your wishes.
You reached your political dead end, now you can stay there and prolong your political/economic agony or you turn Serbia around start for the first time to create a better and sustainable future for your country. In Kosovo, you will not get both.

Kosovo Serbs found suddenly being forced to live in a new country and state, to abandon their old home country. This isn't case with Presevo, Bujanovac & Medvegja ethnic Albanians. It shouldn't be very hard to conclude rest of differences from this fact.
Both people must have their human rights and political rights recognized. There's no question about that.
Serbia will benefit economically and military by forming an alliance with Russia and also Russia with Serbia,i don't know what will happen then with Kosovo but without the Serbian approval Kosovo can not be member of the UN,nor EU(NATO)or other organizations and will not be allowed to be unified with Albania but will always remain an isolated failed terrorist province and the north will be controlled by Serbia,Serbia with Russia can do whatever she want and not giving up to its crucial national interests.Long live Serbia-Russia two heroic nations.

Your hero countries have to get their signals straight. Russia has stated on more than one occasion that it wants Serbia to join the EU (read: Russia does not have the money to help Serbia and if it did have the cash, it would not give it to Serbia.) However, you can dream, but in the end Serbia has to solve its own problems and the only way is to join the EU.
So, what concessions has Serbia made until now? Not so nice of Dacic to not inform his citizens on that.

How about giving up a huge part of its territory as a sovereign state to a third part that manages to occupie a huge part of Serbias territory due to an illegal NATO intervention. How much of a concession is that to you?
Serbia is doing a mistake by not turning to Russia and allowing the west to humiliate them by insisting that Serbia to lose everything for becoming a member of the EU(NATO) that have attacked it.

For those that might read me wrong and think that I called their country dirty as in Prishtina or Naples, I sincerely apologize. What I meant to say, and am now saying is: "Dirty and mostly blood money" depository. For example, cartel drug money, dictators, gangsters, thieves....
When Gaddafi threatened to withdraw his money for a true story in the media regarding his son's evil activities, Switzerland turned their back to truth and chose his money.

You know the very old proverb from Crno Gora before YU: we and the Russians are 100 million.
Where are te Russians going on the Balkans, having holidays or buying houses: in Croatia and Crno Gora. And dont forget the statement of the Russian leaders: we are not more Serbian as the Serbs. The Russians doesnt trust the Serbs what you can see in reality every day.

But if this so that nothing has changed during the talks, it means that Nikolic & Dacic were lying all the time, mentioning that progress has made and an agreement is close. Possibly Nikolic & Dacic are not able to understand what is going on or that other circles within Serbia have bhind them made some deals? This all is a very bad situation for the Serbs to understand a coming type of agrrement and implement it unique as a country. So ne disputes will come within Serbia and other countries. Serbial how it was and will be.
