the pypical jokes without knowing the facts about Serbias trade deficit with the EU-states, the whole process is only in favour of the EU-based companies exporting endless agriculturla of lowest "quality" products to Serbia, and all the credits must be paid back...there is nothing for free in this world, and at least for Serbs if you see the price-level in Belgrade, much higher as it is in many EU-countries
