Joksanović, Joksimović, Joksović... but where the heck is Joksić?

I can see why Šarić's gang fails to hit the target. But even then this failure stays a bit mysterious. Using portable anti-tank rocket launcher you should be able to fulfill your duties even if targeting Jokić cross the street.
