Prosecutor: Hague Tribunal to be closed after Mladić’s trial

Thank God. This fraudulent legal institution was a sham from day one. Never in the history of jurisprudence has there been a more biased and corrupt court. It was set up for one purpose, and that was to prosecute and incarcerate as many Serbian soldiers, officers, politicians as possible - with an occasional slap on the wrist to non-Serbs involved in the Balkan wars. A classic example, the overturning of the cut and dry case against the Croatian generals. The court allowed documents to be destroyed, witnesses be threatened and or killed, detainees to die in their cells without requested medical care, prolonged trials (Seselj) to the point of absurdity, not to mention wasted enough money to feed half of Africa. Put a lock on this filthy, inept, so-called court at the Hague. It was a great partner for the NATO though, I must say. They have a lot in common.

So what about reviewing the Gotovina and Markac trials?

It will be Ratko’s last and the most effective sacrifice for his people and his land while brammetz and other chain dogs will be sighing long for the salaries and the “prestige” they are to lose soon. Moreover if Ratko dies before the trial as it usually happens to the Serbian victims of the court the brammetz gang will cry their eyes out. They will write their how I won the war stories to close the gap between their next salaries and their increased demands.

The joke they call the ICTY will close while keeping all information in to their war crimes investigation against Alija Izetbegovic secret, sealed from the public after his death. How convenient.

They were just the highest profile Croatian sacrificial lambs in an attempt to make all sides look equal in war crimes committed when all evidence has pointed to the fact that it was serbia with milosevic at the helm that took control of the former yugo army, shut down the the former yugo banks and in doing so stole billions of dollars from the citizens, emptied the prisons in serbia of murderers, rapists, and thieves to send them to invade Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia, and Kosovo, established and armed paramilitary chetnik units to do a lot of the dirty work and take much of the blame, destroyed entire cities like Vukovar, Mostar, Sarajevo, established concentration camps and rape camps, establishing a serb state within Bosnia and making serbia ultimately responsible for death of hundreds of thousands of their former yugo brothers and sisters and millions of refugeees, many who are still not safe to return to their homes in so called republika serbska which was created by crime. Lets not forget all the minorities that were forced out of Vojvodina which seems to have been forgotten. Regardless, of the smaller crimes committed by other republics in the heat of battle, besides serbia set the rules of the game, and it was not their dream of democracy which is to blame in any way, it was really just serbia's "greater serbia" policy that was responsible for starting the wars and all crimes. True That!

The contamination of truth and pathetic injustices dished out by these NATO lackies, including the convenient poisoning of Milosevic for making them look stupid, will ensure that this court will be remembered as a an embarrassment. An insult to people on ALL sides. Good riddance.

The court is a joke. If you read some of the ICTY transcripts you can see this. Blatantly lying witnesses who contradict themselves one minute later, and other, official UN personnel who actually mention Bosnian Muslims staging and provoking attacks. But none of this seems to matter in the mainstream media, nor many of the judgments.

You can thank for that Russia which proposed the creation of the Court, then approved its creation and then approved from 1993 to present all of the judges who did the above. And, as we've been told, Russia is a great friend of Serbia.

War criminals must be punished and deserve severe lesson,I totally support it.

Hague tribunal has failed tremendously and will be subject to shameful act in history as been exploited mean to over up crimes and punish one side and wash bloody hands of Western power n particular.

Not at a good university. Universities that stand on the principle of objectivity will have students who recognize that, regardless of who's in the right, the Clintonian armies used slander as a weapon of war. People involved in international politics will surely realize that the situation could just as easily be the other way around, where the accusers are the war criminals. And a lawyer with any sense will realize that the ICTY is a military tactic more than it is a courtroom.

The only way these kangaroo hacks would give up this gig is that they must have lined up their next "public trough" assignments already.

I actually watch the trial live streams and so did i back then. it's an undeniable fact that the mass murderers Gotovina and Markac were released even though they should have been imprisoned.
