First Mister Miskovic was never "pukovnik". The second thing is - who else is more called than PM Vucic, with his two major functions, to be in charge at this case? It is not despotism of Milosevic's time! It is just a normal hierarchy of modern democratic civilization!

Shouldn't the federal prosecutor, or minister of law be making this statement? Why is Vucic, who is minister of the Army and Deputy Prime Minister making this announcement. It appears to me that in Serbian politics, people hold positions and titles, but the country is actually run by a handful of individuals, like in Milosevic's time.

Vucic did not come out of his powers. From another side, while former president Tadic came out of his responsibilities, nobody had objections.

According the street talk in BG Miroslav Mišković used to be a pukovnik of security forces. Now if you arrest someone who "by accident" has a colonel rank within, say, CIA - than you make it damn sure the army is backing your butt. Otherwise you may get into some unexpected accident.
