Here we go again. A phantom witness "DARKO" just surfaced out of nowhere. But, the good things is about this news article, that we jump from Darko to Ratko Mladic. This news speaks volume.

As expected, the first comment is from an Albanian denying it all.
Why are you Albanians so jumpy? What are you afraid of that you have to spring to action every time there is a story about organ harvesting?

Well, all I can say is that I have spoken to an international in Belgade (i.e. a non-Serb working for a European security organisation) and he confirmed without a doubt that organ harvesting occurred.

So now it is up to this American, who is leading an incompetent European police investigation to be honest and put those vile criminals behind bars and expose this hideous crime.

As for our local Albanians, they are quite used to eating their own words. As mentioned, the trial will be out of "Kosovahh"* and witnesses protected by Serbian police, so we should not expect them to be popped off one by one or too scared to testify.

Sooner or later the truth will be out and Albanians will have to face their ugly crimes soon enough.

Why do some people here keep screaming, show me the evidence? Since when do investigators and or prosecutors disclose evidence before a case goes to trial? Did organ-harvesting occur by the war time KLA, I have no idea. But I have an open mind, and will wait and see what happens. The good thing is, that if and when there is a trial, it will be outside of Kosovo. Ardi, if there is sufficient evidence that a crime was committed, there will be an indictment. An indictment in the common law system, is a formal accusation that a person/persons have committed a crime. The investigations are still going on, so we are not at that stage yet. But do not despair, if there is sufficient evidence that organ-harvesting was going on, their should an indictment(s). Problem is, there are too, too many political players, and politics involved. You are not so stupid as to not realize that. Just think how horrible it would be for DC and Brussels to swallow that bitter pill, that they backed a group of separatist fighters that were, as a side show to fighting for independence, engaged in organ-harvesting for profit from captured opposition soldiers, civilians, etc.? Ouch, black eye for the West. The investigations are painfully slow for this very reason. All evidence, whatever it may be, is certainly passed along to DC and Brussels for examination and approval. We are not simply dealing with an open and shut case here. Nations are involved, their credibility is involved. Sadly, justice for the victims and their families, if these horrific crimes did occur, will take a backseat to politics. Let's just hope we get some clarity of what did or did not happen here. Again, I hope that these organ-harvesting crimes did not occur. No matter our disagreements, if these crimes did occur, it would go beyond apprehension of evil.

Nikolle, the investigations are on going. Head of the EULEX Special Investigative Task Force John Clint Williamson, would have packed up and left, if all investigations have led to nothing. You don't know that investigations have led to nothing, are you one of the investigators? Do you think that all the evidence they collect, should immediately be exposed to the Albanian commentators on B92 English? Keep your shirt/blouse on, and wait and see what happens. Personally, even though I believe some horrific things did happen to many captive Serb prisoners, I hope it wasn't organ extraction. That would be just too horrible for one human being to do to another.

First you have to arrest somebody ad file charges. After that Defense attorney has to receive the evidence that prosecutor filed the charges based on that evidence, etc...
In this case, there is no victims,no perpetrators and bottom line, no evidence what so ever.

The destroyed evidence is so old! All evidence(that was destroyed) was catalogued and photographed before being destroyed and nothing was destroyed that would add to the case more than the photographs.
As far as the people who keep claiming what are the Albanians afraid of an investigation. It is not the 3rd or 4th investigation that anyone is afraid of something being uncovered. It is the constant inuendo. Everytime it is ripe for the prosecutor to do so for publicity, he comes out and says new evidence has been uncovered. (As for those who say prosecution never reveals their evidence before trial apparently does not actually read the articles in Serbian press, every other accusation on any subject is thoroughly covered)
And you Peggy especially take that statement and run with it, you would have people convicted just on the statement "we have evidence" without ever having it presented, because as your statements lately on how Albanians are the lowest of the low.
You are about to see a 3rd full investigation concluded that will yield nothing credible.
But after the interview with the last witness Serbia uncovered, it is best that the prosecutor keep any future evidence to himself if he wants to keep this "allegation" alive.

Illegal organ harvesting is going on daily today in many of the biggest countries Russia and China to name a couple. None of which want international investigations to start on the total market, as it would expose their dirty laundry. It is a propaganda ploy by Serbia and faced with the allegations, in order to not look like anything is being swept under the rug a NEW investigation was ordered to look into IF it happened. Even if it is deemed true it will be found that it was on such a miniscule level that it will not really phase the world. (As Marty himself says if it happened it was no where on the scale claimed by Serbs) Plus these allegations are of crimes committed after the seige of Serbia so it will in no way exonerate the atrocities(or justify) committed by the Serbs prior to this.
It is only Serbia that is coming out with these new earth shattering news flashes of unsubstantiated claims. Notice how the interview of the last witness caused all Serbs to drool all over the table but the rest of the world stayed as far away as possible. You could not convince a nonSerb in the 6th grade that witness was credible.
Outside of Serbia and maybe Russia, you will not see any true official say it happened only "it needs to be looked into"!

Prosecutor Vukcevic rears his head sporadically, mumbles something incoherent and expects the public to maintain interest in his groundless accusations. As for conspiracy theories, well, I think I am correct to say that if the Albanian KLA so-called freedom fighters were proven to be organ-harvestors, it would certainly put a black eye on the nations that supported them. This is too important to rush. Safety of witnesses must be 100% established because we all know what has happened to previous witnesses against Albanians.

Well, all I can say is that I have spoken to an international in Belgade (i.e. a non-Serb working for a European security organisation) and he confirmed without a doubt that organ harvesting occurred.

So now it is up to this American, who is leading an incompetent European police investigation to be honest and put those vile criminals behind bars and expose this hideous crime.

As for our local Albanians, they are quite used to eating their own words. As mentioned, the trial will be out of "Kosovahh"* and witnesses protected by Serbian police, so we should not expect them to be popped off one by one or too scared to testify.

Sooner or later the truth will be out and Albanians will have to face their ugly crimes soon enough.

Ardi, if there is sufficient evidence that a crime was committed, there will be an indictment. An indictment in the common law system, is a formal accusation that a person/persons have committed a crime. The investigations are still going on, so we are not at that stage yet. But do not despair, if there is sufficient evidence that organ-harvesting was going on, their should an indictment(s). Problem is, there are too, too many political players, and politics involved. You are not so stupid as to not realize that. Just think how horrible it would be for DC and Brussels to swallow that bitter pill, that they backed a group of separatist fighters that were, as a side show to fighting for independence, engaged in organ-harvesting for profit from captured opposition soldiers, civilians, etc.? Ouch, black eye for the West. The investigations are painfully slow for this very reason. All evidence, whatever it may be, is certainly passed along to DC and Brussels for examination and approval. We are not simply dealing with an open and shut case here. Nations are involved, their credibility is involved. Sadly, justice for the victims and their families, if these horrific crimes did occur, will take a backseat to politics. Let's just hope we get some clarity of what did or did not happen here. Again, I hope that these organ-harvesting crimes did not occur. No matter our disagreements, if these crimes did occur, it would go beyond apprehension of evil.

Serbia, trying to discredit the Kosova leadership and Kosova's independence, invents a fictitious crime and runs a story for three years (thus far) and never once hands in the evidence, never indicts anyone but continues to announce that it has more and more leads that lead nowhere. in the meantime, Dacic meets with Thaci, the man many Serbs believe was at the head of it all.

It is not Serbia that is stretching this matter out. As for conspiracy theories, well, I think I am correct to say that if the Albanian KLA so-called freedom fighters were proven to be organ-harvestors, it would certainly put a black eye on the nations that supported them. And these nations, wonder who they are, would look pretty bad on the world stage. Russia and China would use the fact openly to demonstrate the evils of the West. The destroyed evidence is so old! All evidence(that was destroyed) was catalogued and photographed before being destroyed and nothing was destroyed that would add to the case more than the photographs.
As far as the people who keep claiming what are the Albanians afraid of an investigation. It is not the 3rd or 4th investigation that anyone is afraid of something being uncovered. It is the constant inuendo. Everytime it is ripe for the prosecutor to do so for publicity, he comes out and says new evidence has been uncovered. (As for those who say prosecution never reveals their evidence before trial apparently does not actually read the articles in Serbian press, every other accusation on any subject is thoroughly covered)
And you Peggy especially take that statement and run with it, you would have people convicted just on the statement "we have evidence" without ever having it presented, because as your statements lately on how Albanians are the lowest of the low.
You are about to see a 3rd full investigation concluded that will yield nothing credible.
But after the interview with the last witness Serbia uncovered, it is best that the prosecutor keep any future evidence to himself if he wants to keep this "allegation" alive.

Illegal organ harvesting is going on daily today in many of the biggest countries Russia and China to name a couple. None of which want international investigations to start on the total market, as it would expose their dirty laundry. It is a propaganda ploy by Serbia and faced with the allegations, in order to not look like anything is being swept under the rug a NEW investigation was ordered to look into IF it happened. Even if it is deemed true it will be found that it was on such a miniscule level that it will not really phase the world. (As Marty himself says if it happened it was no where on the scale claimed by Serbs) Plus these allegations are of crimes committed after the seige of Serbia so it will in no way exonerate the atrocities(or justify) committed by the Serbs prior to this.
It is only Serbia that is coming out with these new earth shattering news flashes of unsubstantiated claims. Notice how the interview of the last witness caused all Serbs to drool all over the table but the rest of the world stayed as far away as possible. You could not convince a nonSerb in the 6th grade that witness was credible.
Outside of Serbia and maybe Russia, you will not see any true official say it happened only "it needs to be looked into"!

Croatians have enemies too. Apart from Serbs Bosnian Muslims are not exactly on good terms with them they can't exactly call Romania their best buddy nor can they call Greece their best buddy.

This is too important to rush. Safety of witnesses must be 100% established because we all know what has happened to previous witnesses against Albanians.
Some have managed to stab themselves 30 times till they died and then shoot themselves in the back before they tied the noose around their neck and hang themselves.
These witnesses are really so unreliable when it comes to staying alive.

Prosecutor Vukcevic rears his head sporadically, mumbles something incoherent and expects the public to maintain interest in his groundless accusations.
