Situation in EU “resembles that in former Yugoslavia”

A bitter fight of large EU member states over the EU’s budget slightly resembles relations between republics in the former Yugoslavia, a Slovenian daily writes.

Hold on. Wasn't Slovenia fed up with financing other Yugoslav republics? And now they are on the receiving end of getting EU money they complain that no one wants to bail them out???

If the south Slavs couldnt live together in one country.. then what chance does the EU have with its many different ethnic groups, cultures and relegions...

Its always been that the national interest comes first..

The Dynastic Cycle: “The Empire, long divided, must unite: long united, must divide.”

We can't stop the cycles my friends, the wheels are in motion, wheels within wheels. All empires come to an end and the end is near for the EU, US and NATO. Join at your own peril.

This is ancient wisdom and the signs are clear. The only question is, how much damage to the world will they do while attempting to save themselves?

EU and the Eurozone is nothing but a marriage of interest. Despite the intense propaganda none of the countries that make up the EU stopped serving their national interests for the sake of european interest and no such thing as a european conscience was created. When the stronger nations of Europe realise that their interests are no longer served by the EU, the EU will be dismantled as happened to so many multiethnic organisations of the past. That's history repeated and it shouldn't cause fear to anyone. Nations always outlast the empires and the multiethnic entities. That's that!
