If the Euro-America is genuine about wanting dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina, they need to prove it by Fully Implementing the SAA Agreement that was signed four years ago with Serbia.

Euro-America does not want partition of Kosovo, because the Kumanovo Agreement is not sustainable under such conditions, and this is why they talk about the territorial Integrity of Kosovo.

Talks should not resume until the Kumanovo Agreement is scrapped, because all Genuine Negotiations have all possibilities on the table.

There should not be any Negotiations until these matters have been addressed properly.

The current Tadic Agreement should be put in the bin, because this will proves Serbia’s genuineness in wanting True Negotiations.

Anything else will be Serbia recognizing all of Kosovo sooner or later, and having no SAA Agreement, and having the Kumanovo Agreement in place as a reward for a Stupid People to reward them for their Stupidity, because Humiliation and Loss is the only reward for Stupidity, even if Euro-American administers that reward the Stupidity or Treason of Serbia’s Government.

The Tadic Agreement needs to go in the bin, and Tadic needs go to Trial on charges of Treason so that the Record will show that Serbia wants Genuine Negotiations, and a United Nations General Assembly.

The leading Countries of Euro America and NATO can show that this is their True Intentions by Lobbying for the SAA Agreement to be Fully Implemented with Serbia, and for the Kumanovo Agreement to be scrapped.

Even if it is found to be Constitutional, or if Tadic is cleared of Intentional Treason, it should go in the bin, anything that is fair can be quickly accepted, and the unfair elements can be rejected, but the Main Reason is because this proves to the Entire World, Serbia’s genuineness in wanting True Negotiations, it is the Country of the People of Serbia, and they have a Right to Genuine Negotiations.
