At least bombs are not being thrown at them like the serbs used to throw bombs into albanian homes.
Or, at least they are not going into their house and killing them like the serbs used to go into albanians' houses and kill the innocent civilians during the war. This is just a reminder serbs, dont get upset at all but rather accept reality and accept what was done during the war from the Milosevic criminal government.

That's a problem of Kosovo justice. What kind of country must it be where people can simply usurp (or should I say steal?) houses and apartments and chase away and intimidate the rightful owners? And the morons in the Kosovo government dare to talk about 'rule of law' and confiscate number plates in the meanwhile. It would be funny if it wouldn't be so sad. Unbelievable that those things are possible in Europe.

Yeah, I wonder what kind of govt allowed those things to happen before 1999. Most of the houses and apartments "usurped" as you say, have been abandoned by people who fled out of fear of retaliation once the Serb police left. 13 years now is a long time to remain vacant. But it is my understanding that if people have ownership papers they can take them to the appropriate authorities and reclaim their property.
These are new instances to be blamed on the current Kosovo govt these are actions that took place under the international govt est. Also one huge problem in identifying the rightful owner is Serbs took all records with them and have yet to release them.

"There are several reasons for that, but the main one is that ethnic Albanians do not want to give back the property they have seized from their rightful owners. Then, they might as well impose pressure on the owners and make sure they give up on their return," he said.

Part 2
Ivanović underlined the need for a joint action and condemnation of such incidents.

Again, hahaha. Albanians will go on stealing and intimidating, because the KPS is on their side, and the Eulex and other internationals do not the nuts to do anything about it. They are happy to get their fat paychecks, and look the other way. That is what the Eulex is best at.

However, it seems that Albanians are not willing to do that, he added.

Brilliant deduction, Mr. Minister. The Albanians want an ethnically pure Albanian KiM, all the ramblings about a multi-cultural society is a lie, Albanians here, Albanians there, Albanians everywhere want a pure Albanian KiM. The internationals know this too, but like I said, they do not have the testicles to say or do anything about it.

These are my humble opinions. Peace and love all, and KiM Albanians, "leave them Serbs alone".
