"no, comm, but i would think that the party that did win the most votes would at least be in the coalition government. nothing wrong with me, how about you? it would be almost impossible for one party to win a mjority of votes to not have to form a coalition, but why should number 2 and 3 be the coalition, and number 1?"

Maybe because #2 and #3 have more in common, like each other better, want to continue their politics, or whatever reasons? I don't know where you got the strange idea from that the #1 party must be in the government. If they cannot secure a coalition with other parties to have a majority, they are out. Simple and easy, and as long as the ruling coalition has a majority, it perfectly represents the will of the voters.

Do you think a system like in Greece where the winning party is awarded with additional seats (so it is more likely that they form the government) represents the 'will of the voters' better? I don't.

Democracy is the majority of the votes, not the power of the biggest party. DS is not the biggest party but did got alot of votes and everybody who voted SPS, gave a vote to this Tadic coalition. Face it, SNS does not represent all Serbians but happens to be a big opposition party who had the economic bad climate in its favour! I think we should be happy the president and the gouvernement are not from THE same party. Let the president check on the ministers and keep powers separated. We dont want a new Milosevic state!

Stop trying to be smart, when you are not. you only off as being condescending. i think we may be on the same side, but who knows, you probably have some serb genetics, and no one turns on a serb, like a serb.

"What happened to elections, and the will of the people? Why is Tadic still in office, and maybe PM? Tis is a slap to the Serbian people and democracy."

Where's your problem? No party in Serbia secured a majority, so a coalition between two or more parties must be formed for the government. That's what is happening right now - and this was the will of the people who voted for DS and SPS. You must have a strange idea for 'democracy' *shakehead*

Puke. What happened to elections, and the will of the people? Why is Tadic still in office, and maybe PM? Tis is a slap to the Serbian people and democracy. I would be ashamed if I was Tadic, but can politicians really feel shame. Dacic would know that answer.

Not since the cold war have I seen the West play this much of a hand in setting up a pro-west government. When the majority of Serbs voted for change, they still get Tadic in charge?! Might as well just do away with elections and save yourself the bother, because when Tadic who is a freemason is taking hand outs from the EU he will end up as prime minister.
