the west needs to admit it made a mistake and return it to the status quo. Serbia and Albania need to undertake a citizen exchange and a huge wall needs to be built between their borders.

Someone tagged Albanian Kosovo as a black hole years ago, I do not see that anything has improved for it to lose that name, in fact, the place keeps getting worse. What will eventually happen with this wicked place, I just do not know.
What a 'nice' summary about the situation in the multi-ethnic and democratic state of Kosovo! Especially all the 'improvements' compared to the previous year are always worth to mention.
