Well we Serbs have known for a long time now that NATO is run by psychopthic war criminals. This is just more proof.
It seems to me that Del Ponte is trying to cover her own derriere now. With all the latest news coming out about this organ trafficking, Del Ponte can see that the truth is going to come out soon, and she is scared. If evidence was destroyed and she knew about it years ago, why didn't she speak up then?? She kept silent, so she is just as guilty as the criminals who destroyed evidence.

But of course Kosovo with its King Thaci, Albania, UNMIK and everyone else fully supported investigations in that case which is based on totally unfounded allegations and is only defamation, right?

Why exactly is this news? The USA is indirectly supporting Gotovina against the ICTY (so he doesn't spill the beans about US' complicity in crimes against humanity during operations Flash and Storm), providing private lawyer Greg Kehoe for his defense, someone used before by the US to protect its favorite war criminals in other countries such as Iraq. The west is still hiding criminal evidence on their favorites in Croatia, Bosnia and Pristina. So again, what is new?

As for Karla, she knows that the ICTY is a kangaroo/victors court but was quite happy to take their money (much funding which has come from western states rather than UN mechanisims which is directly against ICTY statutes ). She's the biggest hypocrite of them all.

Yes, I judge myself: Switzerland is a neutral country, neither under the influence of Russia nor of NATO countries. It is likely that officials from Switzerland don't have the need to be biased or doing something only for propaganda purposes or to cover some crimes. Let the UN take over this so that Russia can come up with things. Belgrade and Moscow are desperate. Why doesn't Serbia hand over 2000 bodies that are buried in serbia? What happened to all the boys who served in the yugoslavia army during the 80's and 90's, but they came back dead? Why did they come back dead? all apartments in northern Mitrovica, which belongs to the Albanians that the Serbs have taken? return the apartments? Over 800 000 Albanians ended up in Serb prisons only during the 1980's, Why? Over 30 journalists killed in the 1990's in Russia. Over 20 journalists killed during the 2000's. 1990 KGB ordered killings. 2000 Putin ordered the killings. And Russia is talking about propaganda.

NATO is a large and formally run international organisation. It is very unlikely that those at the top - politicians and senior generals - would take any formal decision to interfere actively. Even discussing the possibility between politicians would get documented somewhere. Criminal activity of that kind within NATO could one day backfire on those that do it in an official capacity.

What is possible is that some parts of the organisation might act in a way that hinders. Certainly the 'organ'isation itself might not decide to do anything proactive - or even reactive - to encourage the investigation.

If Albania won't allow access to the graves, that is an issue that can be taken further. Much further. Albania should not be seen a protecting any such crime and needs to prove its willingness to discover any relevant evidence.

I don't normally believe too strongly in conspiracy theories. Cover ups are hard to maintain - one day the truth will escape. Conspiracy theories are usually the realm of people with an axe to grind rather than based in reality.

However, if there is a conspiracy, the secret of success to counter it is to squeeze the likely perpetrators from every which way. The even if they do not crack and give up the truth, you can be sure the the pressure keeps their hearts beating faster.

The are no criminals because there was no crime. Not one iota of evidence has been found in the so-called "organ' case. There was more than one investigation and they all led to nothing. This is nothing but a cheap and transparent attempt on the part of Belgrade to divert attention from the real crimes committed by Serbia during the 1990's. The West is aware Serbia's dirty tricks.

As for Karla, she knows that the ICTY is a kangaroo/victors court but was quite happy to take their money (much funding which has come from western states rather than UN mechanisims which is directly against ICTY statutes ). She's the biggest hypocrite of them all.

The ICTY was established by a UNSC resolution. Of course the ironic part is that Serbia is insisting the UNSC appoint a body to investigate the Organ Harvisting allegations, after they appointed ICTY which investigated and lead no where, after they appointed UNMIK which investigated and lead no where.
Funding, the ICTY gets its money from the UN but of course that is jsut a formality. If you have ever looked at the UN budget you will find that 75%of it comes from just a few western countries.
Now you are correct about Carla, She was happy as a lark taking the money and the prestige she had while chief prosecutor, When she was banished she fell hard and now she wants to discredit it but she was running the show as far as prosecutions go.
FYI there is currently has always been a Chinese judge on the bench, not to mention several pro Serbian countries.

I really get a kick out of how some people come up with amazing justifications to fit any shred of information into their world views. The mind is a powerful tool and unfortunately in the wrong heads it can come up with excuse after excuse. A license should be required to possess a mind.

We still know nothing really about the Organ trafficking case except that Carla alleged it, and her allegations were followed up by another person, Marty. We know that there is no willingness on the part of some Western powers to allow for a UN run investigation. That's about it. In my view, it would be best to have a full impartial investigation so that we could find out if this is real or a macabre fictional tale. As for all the dolts out there whom insist that it is either false or true, you are only making yourselves look really stupid, but then again for some of you, I guess stupidity is an upgrade:-) Darn, I really love it that I am smart and have the credentials to prove it.

Another b92 article on this another 5 minutes of my life has been wasted. Where is the evidence? Just one single shred of evidence would do. No evidence ever shown from Carla, none from Serbia, none from Russia and none from Marty. Yet all these non- NATO, non-Americans, non-Albanians claim to be sitting or have sat on piles of evidence for years. This is beyond weird; it's creepily sick.
