EULEX are too cowardly to do any real "law" enforcement so they concentrate on these types of 'non life threatening' issues as opposed to Serbs being murdered and robbed constantly.

Mr. de Marnhac! Therefore dont transport the so called Kosovo Albanian customs and police on the crossings. EULEX is the one who caused this problem from the beginning that's why the citizens erected these blockades to block the separatists.

Stick with your agreement with Tadic that EULEX should be status neutral and dont serve the separatists in Pristina.

absolutely... thay's why Kosovo's constitution guarantees Serbs' local self-government and that can't be changed without Serbs' consent because Serbs can veto changes to Kosovo's constitution.

But he is forced to do that by UNMIK, my dear. UNMIK Regulation no 3 orders the collection of customs taxes at the crossings for goods destined to Kosovo. And those will be collected whether Albanians or Serbs like it or not; UNMIK Regulations are the Law. In case you have forgotten, Resolution 1244 is still in force.
