your right we do not have much options when looking at the leaders but a party is much more than just one individual and it's their principles that over ride and for that I would vote DSS but that's my opinion.
Out of the box & strange as it might be but ideal out what's available in the policital higher circles Jeremic defecting DS and some how leading/forming a truly national coalition (bridging the likes of DS defectors (minus Tadic & Djilas et al) SNS, NS, DSS & SRS) under the banner of "working for ALL of Serbia's interests - creating alternatives for tomorrow today" would work for me too - far fetch sure but never say never!
Ari, I agree with you but, who are you willing to turn the reins over to in Serbia? What is the alternative - hunger-striker Nikolic and his liver-lipped accomplice? Catman Kostunica, and his "We don't need anyone" philosophy? Scrubby Ceda, suspected addict and way too liberal for any present day Serb? Turncoat Draskovic who was so pro-Serb Kosovo years ago during better times for him politically? Or Dacic, well, what what can you say about this old Milosevic ally fat boy? Serbia has no leaders. Honest politicians like Lajlic or now Delic, have little voice on their own. Ari, we are screwed in Serbia. We have horrible West-leaning politicians in power, that have done zero for Serbia, and no one on the horizon that can be of help - and that includes the fossil rotting in the Hague. What messiah do you suggest?

the brand new and very cynical conditions for Serbia are: don't contribute (probably it means don't contribute by your very existence) to the atmosphere in which some hot-tempramental representatives of occupied people would bruise noses of soldiers-occupants.

We all know that the European Union wants Serbia to give a Name by which those Albanian Majority Areas of Southern Kosovo can be Represented in Regional and International Meetings as having Autonomy within South Kosovo.
I think that the term or Name of Southern Serbia is generic enough, and whatever is chosen Must be in line with United Nations Security Council Resolution 1244, and it Must be in line with Serbia’s Constitution, and this would apply to Autonomous Albanian Majority Areas South of the River Ibar, in Serbia’s Province of Kosovo.
There must not be any symbols of independent statehood for this Southern Serbia; neither should the term Southern Serbia be used as a sneaky temporary term that is used by the Tadic Traitors that leads to independence of Southern Serbia from Serbia.
Perhaps if the Serbian President wrote to Angela Merkel, then Germany might withdraw it support for Kosovo Albanian’s Illegal and Immoral Unilateral declaration of independence, and allow for Proper Negotiations.
Dyes is breaking, they have nothing to say anymore. Its a broken record that they have been saying for quite some time, and yet only now it is appearing that Dyes is actually insane due to the current situation the EU is going through. Tadic wont even acknowledge the crisis the EU is going through as if it is not even happening. There simply is no reason to even consider talking about the EU right now and yet that's all they say.
Now this new force, Preokret ("u-turn) is actually challenging Tadics euro-enthusiasm and saying in fact not enough is being done to join such a disorganized organization. Its insane, pure insanity.
Tadic is still expected to get 30% of the vote in the spring. How in the hell can that many people still believe this. In fact, if you are extreme enough you should probably join Preokret. Its made up of a neoliberal communist, Ceda J. who aspires to be Serbia's Djukanovic and a former nationalist/chetnik/monarchist/conservative/anti-DS/anti-SPS who is now in government with both of them...
So if you still believe in a EU, you are just as messed up as those 2 guys are so its like you belong together. My only hope is that most of Tadics electorate are actually normal people who just want a decent standard of living but 10 years on, the DS has not delivered that.
