Do you know better than the inhabitants of N. Kosovo what their interests are?
(aaayyy, 30 November 2011 19:06)

Of course not - I don't live in Kosovo. I was referring to the statements from the Zvecan Mayor that the Serbs in N. Kosovo are facing a difficult winter when it comes to freedom of movement, among others.

There are Many Legal Experts who know that the Kumanovo Agreement was signed under Duress, and as such anything signed under Duress is not only Immoral, but also Illegal.
(Yet Another J S, 29 November 2011 13:01)

Under duress ?! What duress ? We have been told in these forums that the heroic Serbian army was the winner of the war, wasn’t it ?
----------

Legal Academics have argued that the Kumanovo Agreement is dubious under the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties and, as a consequence, so too are parts of Resolution 1244 referring, implicitly or explicitly, to paragraph 10 of Annex 2 of the same Resolution.
(Yet Another J S, 29 November 2011 13:01)

Parts of resolution 1244 are dubious ?! What does that mean ? What are the doubts ?!

The UN Security Council acted under duress ?! The UN Security Council was dictated by Britain, America, and the Nazis of Europe who we all know are all p…. and wind, as sj correctly says :)
----------

The legal arguments continue that in fact to remedy the legal issues arising what is needed is for Status of Forces Agreement to be entered into with Belgrade.

There are Many People in the International Community who would like the United Nations Security Council to correct these Illegalities, and Fully Implement every word of the United Nations Six Point Plan for Kosovo.

There are no illegalities for the UNSC.

I'm listening to this UN meeting and there is nothing that would suggest a changing in positions. The serbs and their supporters support their views and the other way around. Can't understand that some countries are so stuburn who fail to realize that nothing in Kosovo has been solved. We need to start from scratch. If not there will be an escalation of violence.

Can you count these "many" on one hand or two??
Very well written but meaningless, and the survival rate of a snowballs chance in hades.
(pss, 29 November 2011 14:24)
Yet, the reality on the ground says that all the BS you and your Albanian friends are throwing out is useless until Serbia agrees to recognize an independent Albanian Kosovo. Even your friend Tadic, who is doing his best to make you wish of an independent Albanian Kosovo come true, is powerless against a group of Serbian activists standing at a makeshift checkpoint/barricade. No matter how confident you pretend to be, deep down inside you know as well as everyone that you are standing on an iceberg in Hades, to copy your analogy. Eventually your ice will melt, unless you stop all the nonsense and start thinking like a mature adult. Mature adults work for compromise for they know that life without compromise is insecurity and nobody wants that.

There are Many Legal Experts who know that the Kumanovo Agreement was signed under Duress, and as such anything signed under Duress is not only Immoral, but also Illegal.

Annex 2 paragraph 10 of UNSCR 1244 Coercively Dictated by Britain, America, and the Nazis of Europe says: Suspension of military activity will require acceptance of the principles set forth above, in addition to agreement to other, previously identified, required elements, which are specified in the footnote below.1 A military-technical agreement will then be rapidly concluded that shall, among other things, specify additional modalities, including the roles and functions of Yugoslav or Serb personnel in Kosovo:

Withdrawal

Procedures for withdrawals, including the phased, detailed schedule and delineation of a buffer area in Serbia beyond which forces will be withdrawn;

Returning personnel;

Equipment associated with returning personnel;
Terms of reference for their functional responsibilities;
Timetable for their return;
Delineation of their geographical areas of operation;
Rules governing their relationship to the international security presence and the international civil mission.

Notes:

1 Other required elements:

A rapid and precise timetable for withdrawals, meaning, e.g., seven days to complete withdrawal and air defence weapons withdrawn outside a 25-kilometre mutual safety zone within 48 hours;

Return of personnel for the four functions specified above will be under the supervision of the international security presence and will be limited to a small agreed number (hundreds, not thousands);

Suspension of military activity will occur after the beginning of verifiable withdrawals;

The discussion and achievement of a military-technical agreement shall not extend the previously determined time for completion of withdrawals.

One particular argument is that it is doubtful whether the Kumanovo Agreement can be considered Legally Valid according to Article 52 of the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties.

The Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties Article 52 says: Coercion of a State by the threat or use of force a Treaty is Void if its conclusion has been procured by the Threat or Use of Force in Violation of the Principles of International Law embodied in the Charter of the United Nations.

The legal arguments continue that in fact to remedy the legal issues arising what is needed is for Status of Forces Agreement to be entered into with Belgrade.

America and the European Union want have the DS re-elected or reselected at the next Serbian Election, because they know that they are Unpatriotic, and will Eagerly do their Bidding.

There are Many People in the International Community who would like the United Nations Security Council to correct these Illegalities, and Fully Implement every word of the United Nations Six Point Plan for Kosovo.
