Whenever I hear or read that term, 'the Province' from any of those blind and unrealistic Belgrade politicians, I can only shake my head. Their reaction to Kosovo's decission to counter Serbia's embargo of Kosovo goods shows one more time that they simply don't get it.

Wrong! Serbia didn't prevent ANY goods from Kosovo from entering Serbia, only the ones that had papers decorated with a self-created 'Kosovo' stamp instead of the offcial 'UNMIK-Kosovo' one, as stated in the CEFTA agreement. Could it be that Albanians seem to live in a different reality?

Btw, regarding Kosovo's stamps UNMIK has repeatedly assured that they are in accordance with 1244 and in line with CEFTA provisions. So not sure in what reality you or Serbia lives !

Not sure what's the problem then... Serbia and Bosnia can still continue to freely trade with UNMIK :) I know that these days there is not much UNMIK personel left to buy Serbia and Bosnia's goods, but, on paper, the trade with UNMIK continues to be free

This move by Prishtina really hurts Serbia!!
Prishtina should have put this embargo a long time ago, by now Serbia would have had recognised Kosovo already!

"Serbia strictly adheres to the CEFTA agreement and requests from others to do the same" NO Serbia clearly doesn't, it violated the CEFTA agreement when it decided to prevent any goods from Kosovo entering Serbia!

It's harsh when reality bites you in the back side. lol

You started first to ban products from Kosovo now Kosovo took actions. No hard fealings. What goes around comes around, simple as that

What we have here is Kosovo reciprocating the Serbian trade blockade and as a consequence Belgrade is crying out about it playing the victim once again; Belgrade started the trade blockade, they deserve all they get. A taste of their own medicine so to speak.

If you can't take it, then don't give it!

Also 'UNMIK' is the signatory for CEFTA not the 'Republic of Kosovo', UNMIK hasn't done anything wrong. Do you think UNMIK are going to get slapped wrists? Also how can one slap UNMIK's wrists when it only exists on paper? The 'Republic of Kosovo' cannot get told off by CEFTA as it is not a member/ signatory to the trade agreement. It hasn't agreed to anything. What can CEFTA do? Ok Serbia and Bosnia may refuse to accept to Kosovar goods as a consequence but they're doing that already. Albania, Croatia, Macedonia and Montenegro will continue free trade with Kosovo as normal. Moldova will trade with anyone. Nothing will change.

The only thing that might change is that Serbia might finally realise how useless UNMIK is.
