I wonder what’s gonna be the next thing to bar Serbia’s EU membership ? Very likely the next ultimatum to come will be autonomy for Voivodina Region or special rights to the Muslims in the South. The second defense line will be routine demands like corruption , budget deficit , criminal ect. where the teachers will be much stricter than with Romanians and the Bulgarians. Third defense line will be a moratorium for further enlargement to be implemented if Ukraine , Moldova and Serbia become too persistent.

They are not accused (yet :-) But Carla Del Ponte will surely provide some relevant information about them to EULEX/UNMIK once they will start to investigate.

I think she is pretty confident in her statement. She knows probably more than anyone else that there will be no indictments coming for the alleged organ harvesting. This is a political show for Serbia, nothing more nothing less. That is why Serbia tries to link the 2008 incident to the 1999 allegations.
Marty himself says his report does not accuse Thaci of involvement.
