Serbia to miss Croatia Summit because of Kosovo

Wonder what do these people think when they have to sit down with thachi..would he be seling their kidneys if there was accident of birth and they were serbs.
Or what idiot put a gangster and a killer as ruller of a fake state..
All these people have to write books remembering dealing with thachi after it was announced that he organized organ snatching..

Hey boys and girls there is no more money in the budget – the EU is broke, but these clowns want to attend in case a crumb or two falls of the table so they can fight over it like staving dogs lol.
They think this is 1990 where the west is awash with cash.

I do not think Serbia would miss anything by not attending this Summit.
All of the attendees are without exception "basket case"Through out their
history they were liability to everyone they ever been associated with.
