All the Serbian criminals have been caught and punished? Really? That's the most pathetic thing I've heard. I believe it would take more than a dussin of serbs to kill 14.000 albanians and rape 20.000 women. Today there's almost 3000 albanians STILL missing and Serbian authorities know exactley where they can be found.

=================================

Wow, 20,000, no kidding?
How did those Serbs ever find time to fight a war when they were busy raping Albanian women. Then they had to find time to rape all those Bosnian Muslim women, not to mention Croatian women.

And they still took 49% of Bosnia. What men they must be.

Well pss. I never or very seldom reply to hillibillies but this time I will make an exeption.
All I wrote about Thomas Buergenthal is and was true. I could not care less if you belive it or not. For the judgement at the ICJ, I do not understand what you mean. How many times should it be explained to you that it was a 0-0 (nill-nill) verdict for Serbia and the Kosovo side. First of all, the verdict is not binding, but that we can let aside. Secondly, the court just gave the verdict of what was asked. And the verdict was that the proclamation of independence (to say it, to state it) was in accordance with international law. Nothing more, nothing less. Serbia made a mistake by not asking if it was allowed to break lose for Kosovo and make it a new country. But thats Serbias problem. So, in the end nothing was settled or decided. One can think that the court was a bunch of cowards, and maybe thats close to the fact, but the truth is that they only told what they were asked. So, will Kosovo ever be a country. According to the vast majority of the diplomats I meet on a regular basis, also from GB, US, Germany etc, the answear is a definite no. Why? Because one; Serbia will never ever give it up. Two; Russia and China in the UNSC will never vote yes. Three; There might be a few more recognitions, but then its over. Be advised that 116 countries do not recognize Kosovo and 90-100 of them (incl 2 UNSC and 5 EU) have no intention whatsoever to do so. The rest I do not know. Be also advised that even IF 190 countries did recognize Kosovo and China and Russia did not, Kosovo would not be a real country. Thats a fact.

hillibillies?? The correct term is hillbillies, I know because I was born in the foothills of Tennessee, I do not take offense because I am proud of my home. Maybe you think it is a derrogatory term but, unlike you I do not think a person's heritage, skin color, ethniticity, religion puts them in any negative category. However, pretending to be something or someone they are not, does.

"highduke is somehow right, but let me enlight all who wants to know facts that I have come across from my sources. Thomas Buergenthal, one of the most skilled international judges have told US over and over again that there is no way whatsoever that the verdict can please the K Albanian side. They can simply not find ANYTHING that justify the proclamation of independence. Therefore, Mr Buergenthal has handed in his resignation after some US diplomats have talked very bad to him. He got very angry and handed in his resignation last week. How I know this. I cannot tell you even if I liked to. But, save this text and check it in 4-5 weeks if I was right or wrong.

How about having an investigation about TENS of THOUSANDS of Serbian crimes committed in Bosnia, Kosovo and Croatia, and I'm talking about one that “should be monitored by UN"? Sounds like a great idea to me!

Numerous war crimes were committed by Serbian military and Serbian paramilitary forces during the Yugoslav Wars. The war crimes were usually carried out on ethnic and religious grounds and were primarily directed against civilians (Albanians, Croats, Bosniaks). Several United Nations bodies have judged that the aim of these war crimes in various wars was to create an ethnically pure Serbian state, or "Greater Serbia", encompassing Serbia as well as the Serb-populated areas in former Yugoslavia...get real please

Mass grave of Račak victims.
The Serbian police and the Yugoslav Army were in spring 1999 "in an organized manner, with significant use of state resources" conducted a broad campaign of violence against Albanian civilians in order to expel them from Kosovo and thus maintain political control of Belgrade over the KOSOVA
According to the legally binding verdict of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia, Federal Army and Serbian police after the NATO bombing of Yugoslavia 24 March 1999, systematically attacked villages with Albanian population, abused, robbed and killed civilians, ordering them to go to Albania or Montenegro, burning their houses and destroying by their property.[36] Within the campaign of violence, Albanians were mass expelled from their homes, murdered, sexually assaulted, and their religious buildings destroyed. Serbian forces committed numerous war crimes during the implementation of "joint criminal enterprise" whose aim was to "through the use of violence and terror, force a significant number of Kosovo Albanians to leave their homes, across the border, the state government to retain control over Kosovo. Ethnic cleansing of the Albanian population is performed by the following model: first the army surrounded a place, then followed the shelling, then the police entered the village, and often with them and the army, and then crimes occurs (murders, rapes, beatings, expulsions...).[36]
Presiding Judge Iain Bonomy was imposing sentence said that "deliberate actions of these forces during the campaign provoked the departure of at least 700,000 ethnic Albanians from Kosovo in the short period from late March to early June 1999.

Incomplete list of massacres:

I guess you don't read the news. I guess you haven't been keeping track of events over the past 10-15 years but all Serbs committing any war crimes have been punished. Even the most important Serbs including Milosevic, have either been put on trial or died in prison. The problem is that your Albanian people don't seem to think your own should ever be put on trial. According to you and others like you, no Albanian is ever guilty of any crime. I guess that is consistent with your cultural acceptance of murder and crime.

Even the most important Serbs including Milosevic, have either been put on trial or died in prison. The problem is that your Albanian people don't seem to think your own should ever be put on trial. According to you and others like you, no Albanian is ever guilty of any crime. I guess that is consistent with your cultural acceptance of murder and crime.

yet whenever there is actual evidence against an Albanian (e.g., Haradinaj), somehow witnesses mysteriously disappear. The point is that your people don't allow or won't accept your own guilt for war crimes. Once you do that I will take you seriously. As for now I personally take you as seriously as I take Betty Boop.

Funny how a Serb will post Albanians do not accept their guilt for war crimes and also condemn the Hague because of their convictions of Serbs for war crimes. Do we call it "Do as I say not as I Do"

Ethnic cleansing of the Albanian population is performed by the following model: first the army surrounded a place, then followed the shelling, then the police entered the village, and often with them and the army, and then crimes occurs (murders, rapes, beatings, expulsions...).[36]

You got it all wrong. In no way have I said that b92 is publishing propaganda. But, the propaganda comes from Serb politicians and not from b92.

You will see Agim, you will see. This huge material will be kept secret until interrogations, questioning, interviews, filing of documents and photos, hiding of all witnesses abroad and all arrests are made. This will take time because of the massive of proof and the sensitivity of the case.

“We notified them that we have nothing against cooperating with EULEX,” the Serbian justice minister said and concluded that no matter who was placed in charge of the investigation Serbia would cooperate with them.

Who is asking you for any cooperation? You cannot give false info to EULEX,like you did with Dick Marty.Anyway, any info coming from Serbia is pure propaganda.

If there wasnt any organ trafficking then you shouldnt have to worry about an independent investigation from the UN. Got any evidence whatsoever to show B92 is publishing propoganda? Guess not.

How about having an investigation about TENS of THOUSANDS of Serbian crimes committed in Bosnia, Kosovo and Croatia, and I'm talking about one that “should be monitored by UN"? Sounds like a great idea to me!
(Marina, 11 June 2011 16:38)

Wow! Great idea, indeed. But, I'm sorry to disappoint you, it's not a very new one. Some smarter people thought of it almost 20 years ago. Ever heard about the ICTY, a.k.a. 'The Hague'? And I don't think there's need for some 'monitoring by UN', because the ICTY has been created by the UN/UNSC itself (though some Serbian nationalists/ignorants call it a 'NATO court')

Living the dream, living the dream. If you believe the ICJ was a 0-0, I guess you truly believe the rest of your post. Nothing more can be said.
I just don't believe anyone but your nationalist friends will though, and nothing you wrote about Buergenthal is correct.

hillibillies?? The correct term is hillbillies, I know because I was born in the foothills of Tennessee, I do not take offense because I am proud of my home. Maybe you think it is a derrogatory term but, unlike you I do not think a person's heritage, skin color, ethniticity, religion puts them in any negative category. However, pretending to be something or someone they are not, does.

Staff,
I just wanted to recap one of your more famous predictions based on the inside information that you claim to have.
(Staff, 12 June 2010 20:10) "

By the way how did that prediction turn out?

Wow, 20,000, no kidding?
How did those Serbs ever find time to fight a war when they were busy raping Albanian women. Then they had to find time to rape all those Bosnian Muslim women, not to mention Croatian women.

And they still took 49% of Bosnia. What men they must be.
