If it were up to me and others like the SPS, we would offer 67% of Kosovo, but only on the Secret Non-Negotiable Condition that there be Total Racial Segregation between the Albanians and Non-Albanians of Serbia and the 67% of Kosovo.
The other Secret Non-Negotiable Condition would be for the Albanians and Croats to ask America and the European Union to make the Serb Republic Independent, and the Croat Entity in Bosnia Herzegovina to gain Independence.
This is because the Non-Serbs of the Balkans have the Dirt on America and the European Union.
If the Albanians do not agree to this because they insist that they are Desperately Multicultural, then the Status Quo will remain until Autonomy is Agreed to.
It will require a United Effort by the Serbs and the Albanians to tell the World that we do not care what the World thinks, and that this is our land, and that Foreigners are only here to Exploit the People, and that they should Go Home.
The Funds for conducting this would be by Serbia defaulting on all of its Loans to the IMF, the World Bank, and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, and borrowing the Money from Other Sources.
If the Albanians decided on Reintegration with Serbia even Temporarily, then Serbia will need the Funds for this, and Defaulting on All existing Loans is what will be needed.
This means that whatever the future may hold, it is the Proper Policy for Serbia to Default on all of its current Loans, because It Is Just The Right Thing To Do Under Any Future Circumstances.
The Entire United Nation General Assembly Voted that the lives of People of Serbia and Kosovo should be improved.
This can only be done by a Negotiated Settlement, and Regardless of What that Might Be, it will need to be funded with Defaults on all of Serbia’s current Loans.
I think that it would be Good, Proper, and Acceptable if Albania were the First Country to Revoke their support for Kosovo Albanian Declaration of Independence.
This is because Albania has a Genuine Interest in helping to Properly Resolve Problems in the Balkans.
Serbia would not want Camp Bonsteel for a Military Base, because America could have laid a lot of explosive under Camp Bondsteel, but the America would not care if it were used for a Luxury tourist Motel Complex.
Serbia would want the area where the Battle of Kosovo was fought centuries ago, and there would be other places that would be connected to Serbia by a thick enough land corridor and the Serbs will want Camp Bondsteel for a Tourist Luxury Motel Complex.
