This is all meaningless. There is absolutely nothing new in this Balkans PR tour. In effect it is a free ego massage given by Brussels to each party to make them feel better. These Eurocrats would rather not have come at all to the Balkans as they have other much more important things to do (?) but they have to go through the motions of pretending they actually care when in reality they wish they could forget about the squabbling and stop handing out free money to stop certain parties returning to war. Then, what is preventing the EU from doing so, if they really don't want to financial aid. Serbia should be grateful
