I think you summed up attitudes to homosexuality in Montenegro quite well CG.

I should say that the line that 'there are no homosexuals here' I remember from Belgrade about 30 years ago from the mainstream. Looks like you have some catching up to do.
Also sounds as if you are sympathetic to the Serbian hooligans that run amok smashing things up when there is a parade.

There is no such thing as no homosexuality in a given country.

Instead of mocking others you should get your country in order!
Serbia is the whipping post of the Balkans, after your Tadic sells out the last industry you have(Telekom)arcticles have appeared here suggesting Serbia to become a center of the sex industry!
What a nice European country...

BTW:Nobody here in Montenegro gives a shit about this parade, there are no gays in Montenegro, they will probably come from other places to provoke and after two or three times they will not come back!

When you go fire and brimstone like that Lenard you remind me of the theme music to that show Millenium and its lead character.

I say whats the problem. In fact I find it rather amusing that its Montenegro's turn. Montenegro has been trying to show that it is ahead of Serbia in terms of Europeanisation, but when it comes down to it, attitudes are decidedly ottoman.

Lukšić pointed out, adding that the Montenegrin society “needs to cross the line” at some point in order to prove that it accepts all differences.

“Whether we personally accept them or not, whether we personally have one opinion or the other, let that remain our personal thought, but we must face the fact that there are differences in the society, that those issues are a part of the human rights corpus. Let the people take a walk and we will show that we are civilized,” the Montenegrin PM concluded. Where do thy get these maroons to cross the line political perverse correctness even if the majority dose not agree or Gods word. They try to put them selves above God laws Lev 18:22 " 'Do not lie with a man as one lies with a woman; that is detestable. Civilized the PM says more like perverse hedonistic paganism. Lev 18:24 " 'Do not defile yourselves in any of these ways, because this is how the nations that I am going to drive out before you became defiled. Lev 18:25 Even the land was defiled; so I punished it for its sin, and the land vomited out its inhabitants. Pro 14:12 There is a way that seems right to a man, but in the end it leads to death.

If they support montenegrin 'nationality' and a seperate montenegrin 'church' based on pseudo-history then homosexuality is the last abomination they will swallow.
