Wonderful film, it truly spells out how the "YUGO-SLAV" mentality differs from the western thinking patterns.
But the Serbian economy and reconstruction after the war has been worse these past 10 years.
All this EU meddling has been a net LOSS to Serbia.
Serbia shouldn't allow all these others to dictate what Serbia should do and what is right for it - as it really hasn't shown much actual good for the everyday people.
Well, since there is no unity within the EU on Serbia's request to join the Union, all this support from Germany, the US, etc., is for nothing. I do not believe that Mladic will ever be brought to trial. He may be long gone in So. America, Russia, or who knows where. And it is also of my opinion that many in the West do not want Ratko to take the stand. He knows a lot. Thus daily display of support for Serbia from various EU countries is old, when we all know nothing can move forward without a consensus. This lack of unity in the EU will also affect any talks with Pristina. As far as I am concerned, that's fine. I dislike this self-serving club of elitists.
