"Trust in EU and NATO declining"

Everyone in Serbia that trusts NATO is,excuse me for the radical expressing,sick in the head and needs to get examined.
They attack you,destroy you,try to take your land away and you TRUST them?
In what,that they will attack you again?

Polls, polls, I can produce a poll that shows 80% support for Adolf Hitler in Israel. Just give me the resources and you will get the result. If memory serves me right it called western crapology.

That's funny...last time I checked there's already a handful of Slavic countries in the EU...can't think of any Albanian members though...maybe you can? on that note, which union do you suggest Albania should join? Some North American one perhaps?

i have already commented many times about the "incredible" support for EU that opinion polls numbers give in Serbia..it's very strange that yes Eu in Croatia stands at 35-37 % and in Serbia is almost double !! Please give me an explanation !!

Luigi, it's because they are not stupid and include our ethnic Albanian citizens in these polls - even though they are administered by the UN and want self-rule. Subtract 20% from the results for the real figure. 35-40% support Serbia's EU accession and close to 0% support NATO.

That's not a bad idea, but I'd first like to see a European survey on attitudes to Albania or Albanian populated provinces joining Europe. Using your "objective criteria" I'd be pretty surprised if any of Europe's populations would want you to join, maybe the politicians do but the people don't. you have no European history as such, more middle Eastern. Your language is singularly unique and nothing close to anything else in Europe. And last but not least your mentality. That could be hardly called European. Albanians are known throughout Europe for their criminal activities, rightly or wrongly, and that would show up in EVERY survey in EVERY country in the EU. It would be best for Albanians to stay out of Europe as they have absolutely NOTHING in common with Europe's peoples, be it language, history or culture. The only reason that some European politicians talk about you joining is so that they can tap into Albania's gas reserves. If it wasn't for that you'd be treated like the Turks or Bosnia muslims.

serbia does not need NATO it has Russia and china and India as the superpowers in the world today and Brazil following who cares about NATO. NATO is collapsing everyday and getting weaker and america is totally gone pretty much we will leave NATO and america to the albanians and croats. do what Ukraine is doing now follow the east and not the west

I am not sure if there were a survey done but I am positive that more than 90% would be pro joining Europe. Albania has a unique language (and you are right) which demonstrates autochthony and desire to preserve. There is nothing wrong with being unique, people desire to be unique. It is something that is genuinely yours and not replicated. Greek is unique, Armenian is unique. I don’t see you saying anything bad about your friend, Greece. By the way Albania has more than 50% of the language made of old Latin. Maybe the Roman Empire rings you a bell. We have Slavic and Greek words too, not as much... maybe the Byzantine Empire rings you a bell. We have more European history that you would like to admit.
Middle Eastern!! The only thing in commune we have with them is the Ottoman legacy for 500 years, and as I read my history lately, Serbia was in that mess too. That makes you as much Middle Eastern as us. Go before that time and find us something in history that makes us Middle Eastern...not that there is something wrong with that. If you think this way then all the Balkans should be out of Europe because we are polluted by the ottoman era.
Criminal activities don’t make you less European otherwise would not be any EU. All countries have criminals and acquired their share of bad name at one time or another. Italy has been struggling with criminal organizations for a long time now and they are still European. Don’t tell me Serbia has no criminals, you will insult my intelligence. As for the gas reserves, the Europeans are there already investing in the oil wells and more. How is Gazprom doing in Nis?

I do not recall one "Illyrian" (lets me honest, your really just Turks, but I'll give you the benefit of the doubt) country in the EU. Not even mother Turkey will ever join EU.
