While Putin is protecting him, you don't stand a chance.

Go ask Silajdzic about Ratko's whereabouts. He was a citizen of Bosnia after all.
Why isn't Dodik asked to look after him?
Because Dodik would tell them where to go. He is not like Tadic.

“The absolute priority in our work is to locate the remaining two Hague fugitives, most notably Ratko Mladić,” said Vukadinović, the director of Serbia anti-espionage service.

This sums up the rot in Serbia. General Mladic poses no threat whatsoever to Serbia, its citizens or its government, so why is Vukadinović interested in him. There are many others who threaten the interests of Serbia and Serbians daily. For example, British and American spies work openly in Belgrade to dismember Serbia and enslave the Serbs. There are also Croat, Moslem and Albanian agents who are known to Vukadinović and yet remain at large.

Serbia needs its own version of the Israeli Shin Bet, an organisation that will liquidate those who threaten the motherland and protect loyal citizens. Vukadinović would have no role in such an organisation.
