The Tribunal can impose my cat on Karadzic if they like, but it will do them no good. This group of clowns are trying so hard to appear as if it’s a proper court but the more they try the more idiotic they look. They want to silence Karadizic because he will bring into the open facts about the level of US involvement in Bosnia, as well as irrefutable evidence that Richard Holbrook did agree to Karadizic leaving politics in return for no prosecution.
You see this is hurting Holbrook immensely to the point that the Afghan President does not trust Holbrook and he told him that fact to his face. I wonder who noticed that Dicky was not at Kazahi’ swearing in ceremony? The word of the US’s is now mud – no one trust’s them at all, just look at the North Koreans or Robert Mugabe, who despite being given guarantees of a quiet life if he left politics, does not trust the US.

Ceku never stood trial becasue he was nevere charged with any crime,
(Kosova-USA, 21 November 2009 07:48)

And the reason for that is because US applies pressure on any country who has him in custody not to extrodite him to Serbia but rather back to Kosovo.

Technicalities, that's all you got.

Your hopes may be disappointed.

Richard Harvey was appointed as chief defense attorney for Lahi Brahimaj, a former KLA commander. Last year, Brahimaj was sentenced to six years in prison for crimes against detainees in the KLA camp in Jablanica in Kosovo; his case is currently before the Appeals Chamber. Harvey had previously represented Haradin Bala, a guard in the Lapusnik camp. Bala was sentenced to 13 years for cruel treatment, torture and murder of nine prisoners in 1998.

Harvey has also served as a defense counsel at the UN criminal tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR) in Arusha, Tanzania, in the case of Juvénal Kajelijeli, charged with genocide.

Criminal defense lawyers often have to defend clients who are not very nice people. In that respect, Richard Harvey's newest client is no different from previous defendants he has represented in court.

That depends on whether his supporters can intimidate and murder witnesses as effectively as Ceku and Haradinaj did.

Haha, I guess Karadzic will not be happy with this one. Here is my prediction. He will wait until March and use the time to read up on the case. Then he will try to transfer this imposed lawyer to his defense team and defend himself anyway.

If the court does not agree then he can try to void the whole trial and demand a re-trial. Probably the re-trial will be transfered to another country since the ICTY is about to shut down in 2012.
