Budget deficit in first ten months revealed

Serbia's budget deficit was RSD 75.1bn in the first ten months of 2009, the Serbian Finance Ministry announced.

Deficits every where in government revenue ,trade and borrowing to fill the gaps with interest. It don't look good at all. What about next year more of the same old. More in debt cap in hand begging for more money to survive another year a very vicious cycle.
