Not sure what the quote is in relation too.
But in general I would say that CEKU is allowed his opinion the same as you are allowed yours, doesn't make it right, though.

Ceku is not alone in this thinking. I give you answer: So Eulex Don't thinking about Kosovo "constitution". They established rule and law only in EU interests (Kosovo mafia, drugs, smuggling etc.) but they don't thinking about pseudoindependent Kosovo law or "constitution".

EULEX is there to mentor and assist in establishing rule of law, they use the laws enacted by the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo, not UN laws nor Serbian laws, but they are "status neutral"
Believe whatever makes you happy!

Agim Ceku: "EULEX is clearly violating the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo and certainly abusing its presence at Kosovo's expense."

So?? ;)

-- (un)Surprisingly, that seems to be the modus operendi in Kosovo: Albanians believe it's an independent country, Serbs believe it's part of Serbia, and the US believes it's a "functioning state". And as long as no one else interferes with what each sides wants to believe to be happy, everyone is fine.

EULEX works under the umbrella of UNMIK and thus 1244. Thus: Kosovo is a Serbian province!

If not why should EULEX still work under UN mandate?

An "EU House" in KM? Methinks EULEX is preparing separate institutions for the already established parallel institutions in the north. If that's what it takes, so be it, but please don't waste your time printing things twice in Albanian. Serbs up there can't read it.

One thing is fore sure. We cannot blame EULEX for any of this. They never pretended to be reasonable. The fact that Tadic tried to portray them as that and lied to us all is where the problem is.

Tadic is the problem. Get rid of him and we may have a chance to save the Serbs of Kosovo. These people have suffered far too much already. They are silent heroes who are keeping a part of Kosovo Serbian but at what cost. They need our support and one way to give them that is to GET RID OF TADIC.

EULEX: Situation in north improving

EULEX Chief Yves de Kermabon says that the situation in northern Kosovo is peaceful and that the situation has “improved noticeably” in the region. Sure with the Serbs in Kosovo getting their free internet from the EU to EULEX/EU web pages it would put any one to sleep. They planed that all along to bore the Serbs to death with EU propaganda while they stealthily take over. I have more theories but I will keep them to my self don't want to bore you thats the EU covert operations ministry's job.

"We are witnesses to an increased number of returnees, which is a good sign, and we must continue to work on this,” the EULEX chief said".

Yes, he is witnessing the return - this si classic spin. These people are being forced to return and the Chief is putting a postive side to a bad situation.
