What rights are you talking about in the first place? As far as I know you have the same rights as the rest of Serbia. What's missing?

your comments are usually very good, but simply in case of Vojvodina - it seems you don't know enough what that question of statute is about... Simply (very simply) Vovodina has some peculiarities that this new statute tries to address. In the nutshell - and nothing else.
